System Type: Firestone EPDM

The Detroit Athletic Club, constructed in 1915, is located in the heart of the city’s museums, entertainment, and sports district. After years of harsh winters and blazing summer sun, the roof had seen better days. To preserve this beautiful Detroit landmark, our crew removed the existing asphalt roof and installed a new Firestone EPDM roof system. Take a look at the before and after pictures.
