This immense three-story assisted senior living center includes a new CertainTeed Landmark shingle roof system. The color featured is “Weathered Wood,” one of the most popular colors on the market.

The Mendelson Home Facility is a steep slope system that also includes a large cupola at the front of the building. With minimal access around the building, it was necessary to implement some specialized equipment to complete the project in a safe and timely manner. In this case, we used a telehandler forklift. The telehandler allowed our team to dispose of the existing shingle roof system into a bucket at the roofline. This allows for a safe and controlled tear-off.
