System Type: Firestone EPDM with custom copper flashing
On this home located in Ann Arbor, we replaced the aging flat portions of the roof on the walkout balcony of the master bedroom. As part of the project, we created new custom copper reglet style counterflashing and slip flashing on the outside perimeter of the flat roof, and copper gutters, to give the house an extra bit of character!
