My Sale Consultant was Matt Smith, who went out of his way to explain everything to me and made suggestions to cut costs.   He requested to see my attic in order to assess my needs properly.  Other roofing companies did NOT request to see my attic before writing an estimate.  Other roofing companies routinely charge customers for re-decking.  Whereas Matt said re-decking is performed upon discovery on an "AS NEEDED" basis.  I thanked Matt for being a HONEST roofer. They did a great job. Matt sayed true to his quote and was very fair on pricing. Explained all my options and answered my questions throughout the process and even after the work was done. They worked fast and got everything done and cleared up in 1 day! They even spot checked a few spots on the gutters which was going above and beyond. Friendly crew, it’s been almost a month since the replacement and I have yet to find a nail in the yard or driveway which is wonderful.
