System Type: Duro-last PVC Membrane
St. Owen Catholic Church had a wet roof. They couldn’t keep it dry because ponding water was finding a way through their old roofing system. Because of the severity of the ponding, the solution had to include adding slope to the roof. We did this by removing the existing two layers of roofing and installing tapered polyisocyanurate roof insulation, providing 1/8” per foot positive drainage. A 40 mil Duro-last PVC membrane roof system finished the job and they have been happy and dry ever since.
