The Coachlight Village Association contracted our company to replace several steep-slope condominium roofs stemming from a comprehensive roofing assessment we had previously provided to them. We commonly provide these roof assessments to multi-family communities, allowing them to plan and budget for a multi-year roof replacement plan.

We were able to accomplish this project before the cold Winter months, and during a national shortage of roofing material. We replaced these sharp looking roofs with CertainTeed’s Landmark Pro “Max Def. Weathered Wood” shingle system along with a new 6″ K-Style aluminum gutter and downspout system to improve water drainage.
