Jean Rivard Apartments is located right in downtown Detroit off Lafeyette Street just East of Greektown. This project consisted of a new DURO-LAST® 60 Mil reinforced PVC roof system along with new metal edging that is custom fabricated in our shop. This roof system is custom made for the roof, which reduces the amount of field seams. The inserted polyester fabric makes the laminated membrane exceptionally tough and durable.
