System Type: Certainteed Landmark dimensional asphalt shingle

It seems like every re-roofing project we do has its own unique characteristics and Pinehurst Condominiums is no exception. The existing roofs at Pinehurst werecedar shake but the site chose to go back with a more economical asphaltdimensional shingle. Because we were changing the roofing material, we had toget the look of the new roof right and the Certainteed Landmark dimensionalshingles fit the bill perfectly.

The majority of the project involved modern condominiums but there was also ahistorical building on the site that required a new layer of roof sheathing before the asphalt shingles could be installed. The entire project ended up looking beautiful and Pinehurst now has a high quality, low-maintenance roofing system.
