System Type: Certainteed Landmark Dimensional Asphalt Shingle

Royal Troon is a luxury condominium site located adjacent to the Indianwood Golf and Country Club. Due to their proximity to all that open land, the roofs on the site were often subjected to high winds, causing damage to their shingle roofs. Our service department has been maintaining these roof for over a decade, so we were familiar with the problems they were experiencing. When the time came to begin replacing the roofs, we recommended a dimensional asphalt shingle from CertainTeed that has a 110 MPH wind rating. The Certainteed Landmark asphalt shingle will be able to withstand the high winds and look good doing it. We also installed a waterproof membrane behind much of the siding trim to protect against wind-driven rain.
