The roof BUR roof at this location needed to be replaced. We discovered that instead of a costly removal, we were able to cover it with a PVC membrane made by Duro-Last. Duro-Last is a Michigan based company that we believe makes the best PVC roof. The membrane is white and reflective. It offers a reduction in energy costs and can add another 20+ years to the existing roof.
